Step inside Illinois’ oldest standing brewery—established in 1857—and explore a legacy steeped in resilience, craftsmanship, and legend. From surviving a tornado in 1901 to dodging prohibition-era raids, Thornton Distilling Co. has stories to tell.

・Production Floor: Get a close-up look at how our award-winning Dead Drop Spirits are distilled.

 

・Guided Tasting: Enjoy a sampling of four handcrafted spirits following your tour (21+ only).
