Our Head Distiller Ari is busy ā€˜mashing inā€™ to create our American Single Malt Whiskey.

Mashing is about much more than mixing grain and water. By controlling the temperatures and ratios, we deliberately activate enzymes within the grain to convert the grainā€™s starches into sugars, and then extract those sugars for fermentation. Single malt whiskey couldnā€™t exist without it.
